Hello, I’m doing a powerpoint about Robert Frost for my Pre-Ap English class and I would like to upload this video to it. Unfortunately I cant save it. Do you know what i could do about it?

Robert Frost was the Commencement Speaker at Dartmouth College in June of 1955 for my graduating Class of 1955.
What a grand old philosopher he was. I can still hear him reciting this and many other selections.

Dr. Selman did an excellent job of sharing and analyzing this famous poem (to which many references have been made). The basic meaning definitely revolves around making a major decision. Unfortunately, this world does not come with guarantees. There is no “rewind” or “undo” buttons. So, choices must be made and the resulting experiences must be endured.

Often, students (and adults) have difficulty “deciphering” the key elements of a poem. This video gives students of poetry another way in which to dialogue about the author’s purpose for writing.

This video has provoked many ideas about introducing ELL (English Language Learners) to the “mysterious” world of poetry.

Hi Rushton,

I tried to view the Robert Frost video through the “Light Bulbs” option. I was able to hear the audio but couldn’t see the video. Then I went to “Sample Videos” to see if I could play it successfully there, but it’s not in that section.

I had the same problem with the Richard III newscast. I could hear audio but not see video when I tried to view it thru Light Bulbs. I was, however, able to to see and hear it via “Sample Videos.”

Any suggestions as to the problem?
