This is a story of the power of entrepreneurship to make a difference in the lives of (many) others.

Do you know people who work hard, but are missing something that would allow them to be more (or much more) successful? What challenges do you see in your community? If you identify a need, would you take time to brainstorm with others interesting ways of addressing that need?

This video is several years old, and you might be surprised to learn that Mr Oliver has had to shift gears again to expand the business. That’s almost always a part of success – encountering challenges, and then figuring what changes need to be made.
