If you were going to build a place for people to live, you’d probably want to think about what resources there are in that place that will simplify the building process.

What if that place were the moon?

ICON, the company that is partnering with NASA on the project showcased in this video, has been a pioneer in very large 3D printers for building homes.

If you could create a machine that would quickly build something that traditionally takes a long time, what would the machine build? Why would that be important?

Considering where your machine might have to do its job, what would you imagine the machine would use in order to make its work all the more efficient?
