Places and Creative Processes
It’s amazing how many things we experience every day we accept without question.
Learning to ask how something can be different is not only a way to exercise your creativity muscles. It can also be a very cool job.
This video is about a cartoonist and a group of people at a company called IDEO based in San Francisco. How many things about their workplace and their processes surprise you? Give it a look, and make a list!
Thinking about your school, what would be something that could use a creative redesign?
Can you learn to listen to the wild ideas of others, and think about the possibilities, rather than how weird they might sound?
We sometimes hear people say that they’re “not creative,” but the truth is that we all have creativity within us. The question is whether we exercise our creativity muscles, and let that creativity become part of the fun we experience every day.
